TV Guide has a spoiler on the death of a character on the season finale!
Is there anything more you can tell us about the big death in The Secret Circle finale? — Gina
NATALIE: According to executive producer Andrew Miller, how this person dies is more significant than who dies. “We don’t want this to be a world where death comes easily,” he says. “In this finale, this death will drastically change people. For Cassie’s journey, this whole season has been about her transition from teen to adult, and the emotional ramifications of this death really conclude that journey.” At least we know it’s not Cassie now!

TV Guide has some scoop on The Secret Circle Finale!
Guess who is coming back into town?
I’m so excited about the return of Nick on The Secret Circle! Got any scoop? —Jennifer
NATALIE: Nick isn’t the only familiar face who’ll be back. Kate Meade (Stepfanie Kramer), Diana’s grandmother, will also show up in the finale — and seeing how she reacted to Cassie’s dark magic, we should probably expect some trouble to be a-brewin’.

The Secret Circle (CW)
Airs: Thursday, May 10 at 9/8c
Death strikes Chance Harbor once again! “There will absolutely be real and shocking deaths at the end,” executive producer Andrew Miller teases. “No one is safe as the past finally catches up to the present.” Speaking of the past, John Blackwell’s history will be revealed, which will “put Cassie in a position where she’s forced to choose between the family she’s tied to by blood and the family she’s tied to by witchcraft,” Miller says. “Cassie will have to finish what her mother failed to do 16 years ago.”

Julie: Any scoop on Nick’s return to The Secret Circle? So excited they are bringing him back. He was my favorite character!
We know someone else who is excited about Nick’s return: Gale Harold, he whose character Charles murdered Nick! “It’s a great thing—no, it’s not a great thing, it’s a horrible thing, but it’s a good thing in terms of something to play because the last time that Charles saw him was underwater and Charles’ hands were around his throat,” Harold tells us. “It’s great that he’s coming back, but it’s problematic as well.” Hm…will Charles’ devious ways finally catch up with him? Sounds like it!

Is there more than one death in The Secret Circle finale? — Billy
NATALIE: We’ll let executive producer Andrew Miller take this one. “There’s for sure one death and maybe more,” he teases. “The deaths will weigh incredibly heavily. The fate that befalls another character will weigh almost equally heavy in terms of the fans.” Ha, we got him to say deaths, plural. Stock up on tissues, people!

Anything good on the Secret Circle finale? While I hate to see this show go on hiatus, I’m smelling a big cliffhanger… — Emma
Then that’s a good nose you have! Because Gale Harold told me that’s exactly what’s in store. But it sounds like it has more layers than a Super Bowl dip. “It’s not a straightforward cliffhanger,” he says. “It’s loaded with confusion. It’s loaded with overlaps. Everything is getting twisted inside of itself. These people are getting drawn outside of the physical realm of reality [in terms of their magic] and at the same time, they have to deal with each other every day [as normal people]. So I think that’s going to be the nature of the finale.” Also, Emma, what, pray tell, does a cliffhanger smell like exactly? Wait, nevermind. I probably don’t want to know.

What to Expect via TV Line
Executive producer Andrew Miller promises a “very satisfying” conclusion “from an emotional standpoint.” He adds: “On a mythological level… we’re going to get a complete understanding of what 16 years ago really means to today and to the finale specifically… It’s really going to come a very exciting finish as we get to the end, with obviously a lot of surprises.”

The Secret Circle
If anything about the CW freshman suspends disbelief, it’s that drop-dead sexy Faye would ever be lacking for a love life. And yet she does, and in this week’s episode she and gal pal Melissa use a bit of hocus pocus to help themselves out in the hook-up department. According to Phoebe Tonkin, “Faye and Melissa are helping out Adam, who’s doing this party for the hockey team, and they’re both being flirty when Melissa decides to get Adam to help her impress some guys” – by helping herself to a magical upgrade. Faye quickly cries foul, saying, “Hang on — I’m the one who’s usually getting the guys without even using magic! So they both set out to try to one-up each other.” And on that note, I quickly Google directions to Chance Harbor… because I love a good hockey party.

Any scoop on The Secret Circle? — Jenn
If you thought the episodes we’ve seen so far this season have had a bit of a spooky factor to them, stay tuned for one of the creepiest yet, says co-star Phoebe Tonkin (Faye). “There’s one that’s in a carnival where we go back to an abandoned carnival ground, and it’s so scary,” she says. “But it’s also so good.” And while we can pretty much guarantee there will be some sort of scary clown image in the episode, there’s one thing you won’t be seeing any time soon: witches on brooms. Tonkin recently tweeted a picture of herself riding a broom on set, igniting a bit of a firestorm among fans. But she assures she was only kidding around. “I was just being stupid because I found a broom on the ground, and I took a photo,” she says with a laugh. “We’re not getting brooms.”
